Hello Brewery, Winery and Food Truck Friends!  Arlington Brew Fest is back again hosting beer, wine and cider tastings from local breweries and wineries, a variety of food trucks, great music, games, and exciting raffles!  What a fun and exciting addition to the summer for both local residents and visitors to the area!  Arlington Brew Fest is hosted by Vision for a Cure, a 501(c)3 non-profit based in Snohomish County.  All profits raised benefit the Usher Syndrome Research Program at the University of Oregon. Usher syndrome is the leading cause of deaf-blindness in the United States.  Arlington Brew Fest is also made possible by assistance from the City of Arlington Hotel-Motel Tax Fund.  We understand that there are several factors that go into participating in an event like ours, and want to thank you in advance for your time, support and product donation!

 

Brewery, Winery, and Food Truck participants receive:
 Logo and link on the event website
 Recognition through social media
 Two (2) Tickets & Tasting Glasses for the Event

 

All participants are requested to arrive no later than 1:30 pm.
 Please have your booth or truck set up by 3:30 pm.  
 Tear down and clean-up should start at 8:30 pm.  
 The event closes at 9:00 pm.  
 Arlington Brew Fest will be held rain or shine.

 


BREWERY & WINERY PARTICIPANTS

All beer and wine for this event is to be donated by brewery/winery.

Arlington Brew Fest will provide a 10x10 tent, four foot table, table covering, dump buckets, ice, and water pitchers.  (If you have your own tent please let us know in the online form.)

You may bring banners, fliers, dummy bottles, etc. to decorate your booth.

Breweries, please bring your own jockey box, CO2, tubs for keg shells, and copy of Mast 12 pouring permit.  Please provide 1 1/2 bbl. kegs each of a minimum of 2 offerings. (If you plan to bring a 1/6 bbl. please supply enough product to ensure you don't run out early.)  

Wineries, please provide 3 bottles each of a minimum of 6 different offerings, for a total minimum of 18 bottles.

Any donations to research or our raffle are always appreciated and add to the charitable nature of this event.

FOOD TRUCK PARTICIPANTS

A Registration Fee donation of $250 will reserve your space. 

Food Truck participants may pay your Registration Fee HERE

You must provide your own equipment and supplies (generators, propane, ice, etc.)

Approved fire extinguishers are required, and are your responsibility.

You must provide proof of liability insurance.

Snohomish County Health Permits are required, and are your responsibility.

You may not bring alcoholic beverages into the festival with the intention of personal use or sale; non-compliance may result in expulsion from Brew Fest.

Spaces must be left clean, and trash disposed of in available dumpsters.

Cooking oil must be taken with you.

Any donations to research or raffle are always appreciated and add to the charitable nature of this event.
